项目位康汉柳饭店旧址与康家戏台位于湖南省常宁市水口山镇金联村，是革命先辈蒋先云、谢怀德等人在水口山领导工人运动时的主要活动场所，属于红色革命历史遗迹。通过环境改善实现矿业与生态和谐共生可持续愿景打造新农村建设与风景建设有机融合典范区。
The project is located in Jinlian Village, Shuikou Mountain Town, Changning, Hunan, Hunan province. It is the main activity place of Jiang Xianyun, Xie Huade and others when they led the labour movement in Shuikou Mountain, it belongs to the historical relics of the Red Revolution. To realize the sustainable vision of harmonious symbiosis between mining industry and ecology through environmental improvement and to build a model area of organic integration of new rural construction and landscape construction.

项目以观遗、聆戏、沐林、栖屋、事田；听流水，闻莲香，看表演，触历史为设计理念，枕山听水，坐看历史风尘。重温康汉柳饭店遗址，宗师级东方园林。以生态为底，文化为魂——引山衔水、绿动人游、开合有致、交融、互通。
The design concept of the project is to watch the scene, listen to the play, Mu Lin, Qi Wu, shi tian; listen to the running water, smell the Lotus fragrance, watch the performance, touch the history, listen to the mountain, sit and watch the history. Review the remains of the grand master-level Oriental Garden. Take the ecology as the bottom, the culture as the soul —— leads the mountain to hold the water, the green moves the human to travel, opens and closes has sends, the fusion, the exchange.

入口庭院空间自成一体，精致而静谧，闹中取静，尊贵大气，精致庭院形成建筑与自然空间和谐的过渡，强化禅意景观空间的深层次体验。
The entrance courtyard space is unique, exquisite and quiet, quiet in the noisy, noble atmosphere, exquisite courtyard forms the harmonious transition between the building and the natural space, strengthens the deep experience of Zen landscape space.

移步庭院之外，一幅开阔的戏曲气息的画面展现在眼前，这召开了“湖南省水口山工人俱乐部”成立大会。
山重水复，柳暗花明，曲径尽头，工人运动的领导人曾在此落脚。

Under the cattail leaf, the frog enters the lotus to turn melodious, sets off by the sound. The stream of water makes visitors wonder whether to come or go, or whether it is the prelude to a new chapter in their lives.

绕池而行一片荷花渲染到往商业街清新的氛围，各类农副产品应有尽有。旷工工作辛勤的感觉弥漫周遭，不觉间工厂已到近前。
Around the pool and a stretch of lotus rendering to the commercial street fresh atmosphere, all kinds of agricultural and sideline products. A sense of absenteeism and hard work pervaded the landscape, and before you knew it, the factory was near.
