本项目为岳阳洋沙湖国际旅游度假区溪龙里板块核心升级标杆项目，总占地面积约360亩。场地依托片区原生落羽杉林、溪流廊道、滨湖湿地等优质生态基底，以林溪共生的自然肌理为景观本底，打造环洞庭湖沉浸式森溪亲子微度假综合体。项目联动渔窑水镇、花海、欢乐水世界等成熟业态，补齐片区亲子游乐、自然研学、林下露营、人宠友好的场景短板，完善度假区全域景观与产品体系，激活年轻化、常态化家庭客流，助力度假区整体业态迭代与长效发展。
This project is a core upgrade benchmark project for the Xilongli section of Yueyang Yangsha Lake International Tourism Resort, covering a total area of approximately 360 acres. The site relies on high-quality ecological foundations such as native fallen cypress forests, stream corridors, and lakeside wetlands in the area, and takes the natural texture of forest stream coexistence as the landscape background to create an immersive forest stream family micro vacation complex around Dongting Lake. The project will collaborate with mature business models such as Yuyao Water Town, Flower Sea, and Happy Water World to fill the gaps in parent-child play, natural learning, camping under the forest, and pet friendly scenes in the area, improve the overall landscape and product system of the resort, activate young and normalized family flow, and help the overall business model iteration and long-term development of the resort.

项目景观规划秉持三大核心设计理念：生态优先、低干预营造；场景赋能、分层造境；全季布局、长效可持续。设计最大限度尊重并保留原生林溪地貌与植被肌理，采用轻硬质、高绿化、自然化造景手法，减少人工扰动，实现生态保护与景观营造共生。结合全客群游览需求差异化布局休憩、游乐、展演、团建场景，实现空间分层、体验分级。依托林地、水系、草坪多元场地基底，构建四季可游、全时可赏的季相景观体系，弱化文旅项目季节性短板，保障场地全年景观价值与使用价值。
The project landscape planning adheres to three core design concepts: ecological priority, low intervention construction; Scenario empowerment and layered environment creation; Full season layout, long-term sustainability. The design respects and preserves the original forest and stream topography and vegetation texture to the greatest extent possible, using light and hard, high greening, and natural landscaping techniques to reduce artificial disturbance and achieve a symbiotic relationship between ecological protection and landscape creation. Differentiated layout of leisure, amusement, exhibition, and team building scenes based on the travel needs of the entire customer group, achieving spatial stratification and experience grading. Based on the diverse site foundation of forest land, water system, and lawn, a seasonal landscape system that can be visited and appreciated all year round is constructed, weakening the seasonal shortcomings of cultural and tourism projects, and ensuring the year-round landscape value and use value of the site.

结合场地生态格局、自然肌理与人流动线，项目整体形成一溪串四区、一核带全域、全场景联动的整体空间结构。以中央溪流为景观主轴，串联四大特色景观功能区块，整体实现动静分区清晰、游览动线闭环、景观业态互补，形成完整、有序、可落地、可运营的全域微度假景观系统。
森系溪畔休闲区：以原生落羽杉林为景观基底，依托天然溪谷水系塑造松弛静谧的森溪风貌。通过梳理林下空间、优化亲水界面、修复自然溪岸，打造沉浸式林下休憩、溪畔观景景观场景。场地点缀精灵树屋、树屋咖啡、林下躺平吧等特色景观构筑，搭配林下天幕、休闲平台与疏林草坪，承载游客集散、自然休憩、网红打卡、草坪活动、溪畔团建、野餐烧烤等多元功能，提升场地复合利用率，激活日间休闲与夜间景观消费场景。
动森亲子游乐区：遵循“林下融景、隐建于林”的景观营造原则，以自然无动力游乐为核心，将游乐设施轻量化、分散化布局于密林林下空间。通过微地形整理、绿植围合配植、林下氛围营造，软化人工设施的硬质观感，使游乐场地自然融入山林溪谷环境。区块创新设置专属儿童托管空间，通过场景分区、动静分离的景观布局，实现孩童自然游乐、家长静享休憩的双向体验，形成项目核心景观差异化与体验优势。
萌宠飞鸟研学区：采用生态化、安全性场景设计，打造开放式萌宠互动、飞鸟观赏展演空间。将生态科普、自然教育融入互动体验，打造轻量化自然研学课堂，适配亲子自然教育、中小学研学、团队科普等多元场景，提升项目文旅教育价值。
星光草坪活动区：以开阔草坪、通透林缘、湿地滨水视野为景观基底，打造年轻化、场景化、社交化的户外休闲景观核心。规划轻奢露营场地、多功能开敞草坪、人宠互动岛屿与专属游线，通过软性绿植围合、景观节点细化、休闲配套植入，打造高适配年轻家庭、宠物友好、户外团建的特色景观场景，形成片区差异化休闲景观亮点。
整体景观规划设计以原生生态为基底、场景营造为核心、人本体验为准则、长效运营为目标，通过科学的空间梳理、低干预生态营造、沉浸式场景植入与全季景观布局，将场地天然林溪资源转化为高辨识度、高体验感、高可持续性的森溪度假景观体系，为洋沙湖度假区注入年轻化、自然化、品质化的全新景观活力，助推区域文旅景观高质量升级与长效发展。
Combining the ecological pattern, natural texture, and pedestrian flow of the site, the project forms an overall spatial structure of one stream connecting four zones, one core belt, and full scene linkage. Taking the central stream as the main axis of the landscape, connecting four characteristic landscape functional blocks, achieving clear dynamic and static zoning, closed-loop tourism routes, and complementary landscape formats, forming a complete, orderly, implementable, and operable global micro vacation landscape system.
Forest Creek Leisure Area: Based on the native fallen cypress forest as the landscape foundation, relying on the natural valley water system to create a relaxed and peaceful forest creek style. By organizing the understory space, optimizing the waterfront interface, and restoring the natural riverbank, we aim to create an immersive understory rest and riverbank viewing landscape. The venue is decorated with unique landscape structures such as elf treehouses, treehouse cafes, and forest side lounge bars, complemented by a canopy under the forest, a leisure platform, and sparse forest lawns. It carries multiple functions such as tourist gathering, natural relaxation, internet celebrity check-in, lawn activities, riverside team building, picnic and barbecue, enhancing the composite utilization rate of the venue and activating daytime leisure and nighttime landscape consumption scenes.
Dynamic Forest Parent Child Amusement Area: Following the landscape creation principle of "integrating scenery under the forest and hidden in the forest", with natural and non powered amusement as the core, the amusement facilities are lightweight and distributed in the dense forest space. By organizing the micro terrain, enclosing and planting green plants, and creating a forest atmosphere, the hard appearance of artificial facilities is softened, allowing the amusement park to naturally blend into the environment of mountains, forests, and valleys. Block innovation sets up exclusive child care spaces, achieving a two-way experience of natural play for children and peaceful rest for parents through landscape layout with scene zoning and separation of movement and stillness, forming the core landscape differentiation and experience advantages of the project.
Cute Pet Bird Research District: Adopting ecological and safe scene design, creating an open interactive space for cute pets and bird watching performances. Integrating ecological science popularization and nature education into interactive experiences, creating lightweight nature study classrooms that are suitable for diverse scenarios such as parent-child nature education, primary and secondary school study, and team science popularization, enhancing the cultural and tourism education value of the project.
Starlight Lawn Activity Area: Based on open lawns, transparent forest edges, and wetland waterfront views, it creates a youthful, scene oriented, and social outdoor leisure landscape core. Plan luxury camping sites, multi-functional open lawns, interactive islands for humans and pets, and exclusive travel routes. Through soft green plant enclosure, refined landscape nodes, and integrated leisure facilities, create characteristic landscape scenes that are highly suitable for young families, pet friendly, and outdoor team building, forming differentiated leisure landscape highlights in the area.
The overall landscape planning and design is based on the original ecology, with scene creation as the core, human centered experience as the criterion, and long-term operation as the goal. Through scientific spatial sorting, low intervention ecological creation, immersive scene implantation, and seasonal landscape layout, the natural forest and stream resources of the site are transformed into a highly recognizable, experiential, and sustainable forest and stream resort landscape system, injecting a new landscape vitality of youthfulness, naturalness, and quality into Yangsha Lake Resort, and promoting the high-quality upgrading and long-term development of regional cultural and tourism landscapes.
