园区位于长江中游地区重要的中心城市、湖南省省会长沙，长沙经济技术开发区内。长沙经济技术开发区地处湖南省会长沙东部开放型经济走廊核心地带，西邻长沙市主城区，东接长沙黄花国际机场、长沙临空经济示范区、黄花综合保税区和长沙空港城，北接湖南省内最大的城市内湖湿地公园——松雅湖国家湿地公园，南连长沙高铁枢纽、黄兴物流基地和国际会展中心经济圈，发展腹地广阔。
The park is located in Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, an important central city in the middle reaches of Yangtze River and the capital of Hunan Province. The Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone is located in the core of the eastern open economic corridor of Changsha, the capital of Hunan Province, adjacent to the main city of Changsha to the west, connected to Changsha Huanghua International Airport, Changsha Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, Huanghua Comprehensive Free Trade Zone and Changsha Airport City to the east, connected to Songya Lake National Wetland Park, the largest inner-city lake wetland park in Hunan Province, to the north, and connected to Changsha High-speed Railway Hub, Huangxing Logistics Base and International Convention and Exhibition Center Economic Circle, with a wide development hinterland.

场地根据现状独特的空间特征进行设计，以科技感线条融与设计，串联整个场地，高效链接空间与场地，人与自然，客户与业主间的互动、对话，创造独特的场所记忆。
The site is designed according to the unique spatial characteristics of the current situation, and the technological sense lines are fused with the design to link the whole site, efficiently linking the interaction and dialogue between space and site, people and nature, customers and owners, creating a unique memory of place.
