幸福高地：吸引社会力量参加林业建设，高标准、高档次、高水平抓好鸡公岭公园彩林建设，通过 3-5 年逐年改造现有林木结构，改善林分质量，突出 景观特色，建设永兴县中心城区最好的森林景观，打造永兴特色幸福生活。
